I am a great fan of yours and have even reached you on the phone a long time ago for a short chat. I have Neptune conjucnt my Sun right on my fourth house cusp sguareing my Cap moon. I am a very political animal and of the baby boom herd. I worry bout Neptune and how it is duping so many of my gereration buying into the victim status mentally. Being a Libra I know we really need a better balance between the two parties. I am afraid being of the hippie cutture there are too many flower minded people not seeing the whole story. I know waht Neptune can do to whole gererations and hope the next 13 years with Pluto in Cap does not tear us apart. I still beleive in the wisdom of common sense and hope it will prevail. Thank you.

HI, Shirl. I like what you say about Neptune duping whole generations. One time Steven Forrest came and gave a lecture to my local astrology group. It was at the time when Neptune was just moving into Aquarius, and he did a masterful job of tracking what Neptune had brought as it moved through Libra, Scorpio, Sag, and Capricorn, then by extention, what it would mean as it moved through Aquarius.
He said it would be a period of giving up our freedoms while we have the illusion of doing things to protect them. That is exactly what has happened over the past decade, in the wake of 9/11 and Homeland Security. I will never forget that lecture, as I seemed to be the only person in the audience who got what he meant. I wish he’d come back and tell us what to watch out for as Neptune goes into Pisces next year. Donna
